Where do guests find the account number?
On the Collection link. Share it once in your family and friends groups. Anyone who opens it sees the account number and the Total raised.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. They open the link, see the account number and send from their own banking app. There is no account to create and no app to install.
Can the group see who has contributed?
Yes. Every Contribution is on the Collection page, exactly as sent. Your group can get a message for each one in WhatsApp or Telegram, though that sending is still being rolled out.
What does it cost to run?
No subscription cost to open or run a Collection, and 5Kobo takes no fee on Contributions. Every Withdrawal has a published Service fee, shown before you confirm.
