How do contributors send money?
They open the Collection link, see the account number, and transfer from their own banking app. They do not need to sign up for anything.
Will our group get a message for each Contribution?
Your WhatsApp or Telegram group can get a message for each Contribution. Sending to chats is still being rolled out, so the Collection page is always the place to check.
Can someone take the money without me?
No. A chat message cannot move money. Every Withdrawal must be confirmed inside 5Kobo, signed in, with your fingerprint, face, or screen lock.
What does it cost?
There is no subscription cost to open or run a Collection, and 5Kobo takes no fee on Contributions. Every Withdrawal has a published Service fee, shown before you confirm.
