Open a Collection
Sign up with your phone number and a code we text you. Your Collection account is ready almost immediately.

Share the link each Round
Post the Collection link in your estate group when a new Round begins. Residents send from their own banking app.

Withdraw for the estate
You see the exact Service fee and the amount you'll receive. Then you Confirm it's you. Every resident can see the Total raised.

Make it easy for your group
Name each Round clearly
Put the month in the Collection title, like “October levy”, so residents know which Round they are sending into.
Say the amount in your message
Tell residents the levy amount when you share the link. The list then shows exactly what each person sent.
Point questions to the page
When a resident asks if their Contribution came in, send them the Collection link instead of searching through screenshots.

Common questions
Do residents need an account?
No. They open the Collection link, see the account number and send from their own banking app. Only you, the Organizer, need to sign in.
Can residents see every Contribution?
Yes. Contributions show on the Collection page as they land, exactly as sent, so the whole estate can see the same list.
Does the pricing change in the middle of a Collection?
No. Pricing is fixed when your Collection starts. Every Withdrawal has a published Service fee, and you see the exact amount before you confirm.
Does 5Kobo take a fee from residents?
5Kobo takes no fee on Contributions, and contributors pay nothing extra. The transfer fee the payment provider keeps is shown on the page as “transfer fees absorbed”.
