No. They open the Collection link, copy the account number, and transfer from their normal bank app. No app, no account.
How much does it cost?
There is no subscription cost to open or run a collection. Every withdrawal has a published Service fee, and you see the exact fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm.
Can everyone see the Total raised?
Yes. Anyone with the Collection link sees the Total raised, the target, and the list of confirmed contributions.
Someone says they paid but their name isn't there. What now?
A contribution appears once the transfer is confirmed. If it's not on the list, it hasn't landed yet - check again later instead of arguing over screenshots.
Can I withdraw whenever I want?
Yes. Withdraw whenever you are ready - each withdrawal takes out everything available. It is always confirmed inside 5Kobo, so a stolen or borrowed phone alone can't move the money.
